Abstract
The CO2-encapsulated clathrate hydrate was formed, under a room temperature and atmosphere, by sulfonate-assisting hydrogen bonds among water molecule s, where the geometry of the three sulfonate groups in zinc complex with ni trilotris(2-benzimidazolylmethyl-6-sulfonate) L1, was controlled by coordin ation of Zn2+.
