Abstract
A screen-printed disposable enzyme electrode system for the simultaneous de termination of sucrose and glucose was developed using mediated enzyme reac tion and screen-printing technology. The system consisted of two carbon wor king electrodes (electrode I and II) and a Ag/AgCl reference electrode. Chr onoamperometry was performed on quiescent solutions for the measurement ste ps se a constant potential of +0.4 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The enzyme composition was optimized. The linear response ranges were up to 10 mmol/L sucrose and 15 mmol/L glucose. The sensor was applied to assay real samples. The result s are in good agreement with those obtained by the reference method.
