Abstract
Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) of copper centers in KTaO3:Li:Cu sing le crystals have been studied. Superhyperfine (SHF) structure of an exchang e pair Cu2+-Cu2+ center, associated with the eight surrounding nearest-neig hbor potassium ions was found. The EPR signal behaviour with the temperatur e may characterize the dielectric properties of crystals at the microwave f requency.
