Abstract
T cells from Mycobacterium avium-infected C57BL/6 mice reacted to culture f iltrate, envelope, and cytosol proteins and to fractions obtained from thes e proteins. Multiple targets were recognized, such as 29- to 45-kDa and <21 -kDa antigens of the culture Filtrate, antigens of around 30 kDa in the env elope and cytosol, and 45-to 116-kDa proteins in the envelope.
