Abstract
The sensitive composite material was prepared by doping Pd and some metal o xides such as MgO into SnO2-In2O3-TiO2 matrix material. The technique for f abricating the direct-heating-type sensor and a surface-modifying process w ere employed to prepare the CH, gas sensor.
