Abstract
A very general optimization problem with a variational inequality constrain t, inequality constraints, and an abstract constraint are studied. Fritz Jo hn type and Kuhn Tucker type necessary optimality conditions involving Mord ukhovich coderivatives are derived. Several constraint qualifications for t he Kuhn Tucker type necessary optimality conditions involving Mordukhovich coderivatives are introduced and their relationships are studied. Applicati ons to bilevel programming problems are also given.
