Abstract
A class of (E) and (Z)-3-styrylpiperidine derivatives was prepared as racemates and evaluated for affinity at sigma binding sites labeled wi th [H-3]-(+)-SKF-10,047. Some of these compounds exhibited high affini ty and selectivity for sigma versus D-1 and D-2 binding sites. (C) 199 7 Elsevier Science Ltd.
