Abstract
The dominant reactions in semiconductor gas sensors are studied with t he aid of five commercial thick-layer Taguchi gas sensors (TGS) manufa ctured by Figaro Inc. (Japan). The gas used in the tests was carbon mo noxide in concentrations of 10 to 500 ppm.
