Abstract
Primitive neuroectodermal tumors are easily detected by neuroradiologic ima ging, as a rule. We report on two patients with early diffuse leptomeningea l primitive neuroectodermal tumors which escaped detection by contrast-enha nced magnetic resonance imaging.
