Abstract
We present a case in which the use of low dose resperidone (a potent D2 and 5-HT2 antagonist) was successful in controlling gambling behaviour seconda ry to dopamine agonist treatment of Parkinson's disease. Pharmacotherapeuti c management of pathological gambling secondary to medical causes deserves further study. (C) 2000 Wiley Liss, Inc.
