Abstract
We report a case of a stalked cystic duodenal duplication. The lesion, hype
rintense on T2-weighted GRE images, maintained the signal intensity after o
ral administration of a negative contrast agent (Lumirem, Guerbet, Aulnay-S
ous-Bois, France), confirming its independence from the duodenal lumen. To
our knowledge, this is the first demonstration of duodenal duplication by m
eans of MR cholangiopancreatography.
