Abstract
The results of the computerized simulation of the influence of the edg e dislocations on the diffusion of the phase transition in model ferro electric material - BaTiO3 are presented in this paper. Positions of d islocations have been chosen randomly in some considered area. The ten sors of the strains have been summed up. As a result it was possible t o calculate local Curie-Weiss temperatures and to calculate the averag e dielectric permittivity in effective medium approximation, i.e. it w as possible to calculate how dislocations influence the dielectric pro perties.
