Abstract
The stopped-flow technique was employed to kinetic measurements of Acid Red 27 aqueous solution decolorisation in the ozonation process at pH = 2,4, 7 ,0 and 9,4. The experiments were carried out with t-BuOH in order to test O H-radicals participation in the destruction process of dyestuff. The experi mental results were described by a mathematical model based on the simplifi ed mechanism of ozone reaction (direct and indirect) with dyestuffs in aque ous solution.
