Abstract
Cavernous hemangioma is the most common primary Vascular orbital tumor in a dults. Generally the benign tumor arises within the muscle cone, revealed b y proptosis with choroidal folds, and more rarely develops in other orbital localizations. We report the case of a 42-year-old female African patient who had a cavern ous hemangioma in an unusual anterior localization. Clinically, a small sup erficial tumor was palpated in the right superior nasal orbital angle. Afte r complete surgical excision, the histopathological study established the d iagnosis of cavernous hemangioma
