Abstract
Nine minor taxanes were identified for the first time in the Canadian yew n eedles. Four of these metabolites are new: 5-epi-cinnamoylcanadensene (1), 2,9,10,13-tetraacetoxy-20-cinnamoyloxy-taxa-4(5),11(12)-diene (2), 2'-acety l-epi-taxol (3), and 9-deacetyltaxinine E (4).
