Abstract
Rare Lambda(b) --> Lambda l(+)l(-) decay is investigated within a framework
of a general two-Higgs-doublet model, in which a new sourer of CP violatio
n exists (model III). The polarization parameter, CP asymmetry and decay wi
dth are calculated. It is shown that CP asymmetry is a sensitive tool for e
stablishing model III.
