Abstract
Samples of the natural zeolites chabazite, clinoptilolite and a clinoptilol ite-rich tuff, were loaded with the isotope Cs-137. Composites of these lab eled materials were made with cement and blast furnace slag. Standard leach ing experiments were carried out with synthetic sea, ground and "pond" wate rs, as well as distilled water. Rates of leaching were calculated and compa red to similar systems.
