Initial state radiation (ISR) events produced in e(+)e(-) collisions at the
gamma(4S) energy region can provide access to e(+)e(-) annihilations at lo
wer C. M. energies. At B-factory experiments the data rate is substantial f
or physics at all energies below the gamma(4S). This paper describes the ta
gging of the ISR events, and identifies several physics topics that can be
studied with the ISR data.
