Dystrophy of a seminal vesicle responsible for unilateral pelvic pain in a20 year old man.

The authors report on the case of a male patient referred for unilateral pe lvic pain. An enlarged right seminal vesicle was showed by clinical examina tion and radiological technics. Total relief of symptoms was obtained by su rgical excision, Pathological examination concluded on a dystrophic lesion of the seminal vesicle. Obstruction of the right ejaculatory duct, which co uld not be proved anyway is the most probable hypothesis.
