Abstract
T.V.T. is still presented as a minimally invasive operation, but this is no
t the case in all hands according to the various series reported at the rec
ent EAU congress in Brussels. The indications are also still poorly defined
and the long-term effects of a synthetic, suburethral tension tape remain
uncertain.
