Abstract
Ion-beam sputtering was used to obtain amorphous (Co40Fe40B20)(1-x)+(SiO2)( x) composites. Their structure and electrical properties were studied in th e temperature range 80-900 K. The mechanism of charge transfer was investig ated in relation to temperature.
