Primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis is a common complaint in paediat
rics. Treatment with desmopressin nasal spray is one of the most often used
pharmacological approaches, but concerning therapy interruption, to date n
o guidelines have yet been established. The aim of this study was to report
the use of desmopressin in two monozygotic twin sisters to establish if to
lerability and efficacy of treatment can be affected by different modalitie
s of therapy interruption.
