A 39-year-old man presented with a 1-year history of retrograde ejaculation
and a 10-year history of drug-resistant hypertension. Diagnostic abdominal
ultrasound revealed an open bladder neck during the filling phase and a re
troperitoneal tumor. After surgical excision histology revealed an extra-ad
renal pheochromocytoma, which should be included in the differential diagno
sis of patients presenting with retrograde ejaculation and hypertension.
