Abstract
Bohm trajectories derived from the probability density and probability curr ent density reveal a simple picture of particle flow in quantum dots. A sim ple prescription is given showing how quantum vortices originate from the c rossings of the underlying classical ray paths. (C) 2000 Academic Press.
