Abstract
We report four cases of pulmonary mycobacterial disease (three due to Mycob acterium malmoense and one to Mycobacterium avium intracellulare) complicat ed by the development of chronic necrotising pulmonary aspergillosis. Diffi culties with treatment and the potential benefits of steroids are discussed .
