Abstract
Switched mode power conversion systems have been widely used in recent year s because of their high efficiency, small size and weight. But they are ric h sources of electromagnetic interference (EMI) due to the square pulses, w hich are full of high frequency components, used for the switching action. On the other hand electromagnetic compatability (EMC) has become more impor tant in recent years due to the international standards developed for the e missions from different types of electronic devices. Standard setting organ izations have established limits lo, exposures from various devices includi ng both commercial and military, requirements, and also to prefect public h ealth. In our department, a load resonant power supply of 10kW/200kHz tons realized for induction heating purpose. in this study, the EMC concept is e xamined for this induction heating power supply unit.
