Abstract
This article provides an overview of the behavioral and psychiatric problem s associated with Prader-Willi syndrome. These include increased rates of f ood-seeking as well as temper tantrums, impulsivity, and a host of obsessiv e-compulsive behaviors such as skin-picking, hoarding, ordering, and arrang ing. Possible mechanisms and treatment implications are discussed.
