Abstract
MPMV gag-pro-pol and env specific sequences were detected in DNA of culture s by PCR/hybridization. These ceti cultures were obtained by cocultivation of B-cell lymphoma patients' lymphocytes which were positive on gag-pro-pol sequences MPMV with Raji-cells. In addition, these cell cultures were posi tive in tests for reverse transcriptase and inclusion of 14C-uridine. Cells of these cultures were positive in expression of p14 protein of MPMV in We stern blotting assay.
