Abstract
An examination is made of some new methods for the modification of zeo lites, making it possible to increase considerably their activity and selectivity in the alkylation of aromatic compounds - phenol, toluene and benzene. The prospects are shown of using modified zeolites in som e other important reactions for the petrochemical industry. (C) 1997 E lsevier Science Ltd. All right reserved.
