Abstract
Changes of lipase and lipoxygenase specific activities were monitored durin g wheat and barley germination. Statistically significant correlation (r(2) = 0.8148, P less than or equal to 0.02) was found between the specific act ivities of lipase and lipoxygenase during wheat germination, whereas such c orrelation did not occur during barley germination.
