Abstract
Cutaneous manifestations of Cryptococcus neoformans in immunocompromised pe rsons have been well documented. We report a case of localized skin involve ment after an abrasion in a healthy host. It presented as chronic ulcerativ e nodules that resolved after fluconazole therapy.
