Abstract
Cutaneous chemotherapy reactions are more likely to be toxic than allergic.
Epidermal dysmaturation refers to histologic changes that may be observed
in the epidermis after any significant cytoreductive therapy. We report a c
ase of epidermal dysmaturation occurring in a patient with acute myelogenou
s leukemia after antineoplastic chemotherapy.
