Sezary syndrome (SS) is an erythrodermic and leukemic variant of cutaneous
T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). Occasionally, the histology of CTCL exhibits eviden
ce of a granulomatous infiltrate in the skin. A case of SS that showed epit
helioid granulomas resembling sarcoidosis in the skin and lymph nodes is pr
esented. The clinical course of this patient has been relatively indolent.
