A low-viscosity water-based tripler synfuel composed of heavy oil, pul
verized coal and water (HOCWF) was prepared by using a suitable disper
sant and emulsifier. The effects of component content, temperature and
dispersant content on the rheological properties of HOCWF were invest
igated. Preliminary combustion tests showed that this kind of synfuel
