Abstract
We report a 13-year-old boy with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, skull metastases and hypertrophic osteoarthropathy, Although the metastases and the primary tumour responded well to chemotherapy, hypertrophic osteoarthropathy persi sted during follow-up.
