Abstract
Tuberculosis of the middle ear and mastoid is uncommon nowadays. Two cases of drug-resistant tuberculous mastoiditis in immunocompetent Greek native c hildren are reported and the diagnostic and therapeutic difficulties of thi s rare condition are discussed.
