This article outlines the treatment of central venous occlusion and thrombo sis. It analyzes the main causes of these entities: fibroplasias, trauma, t umor, and mediastinal fibrosis. The article outlines the salient features o f the management of these problems with thrombolytics, stents, and angiopla sty.
