Abstract
Polarized neutron scattering from dynamic polarized targets is a new t ool of macromolecular structure research. In frozen nuclear spin targe ts the polarization of isotopes can be eliminated selectively one by o ne till only a single isotope is left polarized. This technique has be en applied successfully in biological structure research. It is extend ed to discriminate between nuclear spins of the same isotope.
