In this article, the structures of the sy stem and the main actors are discussed. An evaluation of the system of trac eability showed that it is both feasible and adaptable. An evaluation proce ss is needed to assess the proper functioning of the system and to detect a nd prevent possible deficiencies. (C) 2000 Editions scientifiques et medica les Elsevier SAS.
