A three-layer Cu-Co-Cu system which was sputtered onto a glass substra
te has been investigated by means of polarized neutron reflectometry,
Concentration and magnetization profiles of the lavers have been deduc
ed from spin-dependent reflectivities, During aging at low temperature
s (T less than or equal to 300 degrees C) dissolution of the Co layer
is observed and spin-flip reflectivities occur.
