Abstract
We pospectively evaluated the effect of estrogen on the ST-segment response during exercise stress testing in 47 postmenopausal women. Our study obser ved that approximately 1 in 5 postmenopausal women will have a false-positi ve electrocardiographic stress test result during oral estrogen replacement therapy.
