Abstract
The ordered magnetic structure of the NdScO3 perovskite has been studi ed below its phase transition (T-c = 0.953 K) by means of powder neutr on diffraction. Its configuration is g(y)a(x) with a magnetic moment o f(2.1 +/- 0.1)mu(B). The thermal evolution of the integrated intensity of some magnetic peaks shows a strong enhancement below 200 mK, inter preted as due to the hyperfine polarization of the Nd-143 and Nd-145 n uclear moments.
