Abstract
Recent excavations have shown an interruption in the upper sequence of the local Mousterian. This industry disappears and is replaced by an assemblage analogous to the Zagros Aurignacian. Radiocarbon analyses place it at arou nd 28 000 years B.P. (C) 2000 Editions scientifiques et medicales Elsevier SAS.
