Abstract
We observe magnetic contributions in the neutron diffraction patterns of BaSn2Fe4O11 at 10 K and of BaTi2Fe4O11 at 240, 165 and 10 K. In the former, we see evidence for a short-range Fe3+ antiferromagnetic orde ring, while in the latter we observe contributions due to both long- a nd short-range magnetic orderings which may confirm the re-entrant spi n-glass behavior of BaTi2Fe4O11. Possible Fe3+ magnetic moment orderin gs are discussed.
