Abstract
The effect of magnetic fields applied on polycrystalline ferrimagnetic samples causes changes in the magnetic texture, which has been invest igated using unpolarised neutrons on a texture diffractometer. The qua ntitative texture analysis separates the magnetic texture, e.g. the di stribution of the domain magnetisations and the crystallographic textu re.
