Abstract
A channel estimation technique for a short-range Bluetooth system is presen ted. Each Bluetooth device in the connection state knows the access codes u sed in the ad-hoc networks, which is utilised for the channel compensation. The proposed channel estimator can be implemented without degrading the fr ame and spectral efficiency by using the access code specified for the Blue tooth system.
