Abstract
B cells go through a series of steps on the road to the mature phenotype. H ere, Lynn Corcoran and Paul Shore focus on the transcriptional activators a nd coactivators whose functions are important after slgM(+) cells leave the bone marrow, and they add important information to the complex jigsaw of r egulation of B-cell development.
