Abstract
Primitive neuroectodermal tumor, also referred to as extraskeletal Ewing's sarcoma, is highly aggressive and rarely arises in the kidney.(1) We presen t a case of renal primitive neuroectodermal tumor with vena caval tumor thr ombus.
