Abstract
A new algorithm is presented for analyzing scattering from two-dimensional (2-D) nonlinear penetrable objects that are illuminated by transient transv erse magnetic (TM) polarized fields. The proposed scheme solves a time-doma in volume-integral inequation (TDVIE) using a marching-on-in-time (MOT) tec hnique. Numerical results obtained using this technique and the finite-diff erence-time-domain (FDTD) method are in excellent agreement. (C) 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
