Abstract
The revivals (Fourier images) and fractionals revival (Fresnel images) of t he spatial distributions of monochromatic light in a planar, metal, multimo de waveguide are investigated theoretically and experimentally. The decompo sition of the spectrum of white light in such a waveguide is observed. (C) 2000 Published by Elsevier Science B.V.
